REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF A MOBILE HOME PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY LOCATED AT 6701 CELESTE LANE,
NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA 34653

Notice is hereby given, that the City of New Port Richey, owner of real property, Pasco County Parcel No. 33-25-16-076A-00000-0180, is accepting sealed proposals from any bidder interested in purchasing a single-family home.

The City makes no representations or guarantees as to the condition of the property. Bidders should rely on their own inspections and due diligence in a time period allocated in a to-be-executed Purchase and Sale Agreement with the selected Bidder.

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal that meets the conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on September 10, 2026, in the City Clerk’s Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652. Each submission shall contain one (1) original, two (2) copies and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive and must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposed Bidder’s name and full address along with “RFP26-040 — DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6701 CELESTE LANE.” Any proposals received after the above-mentioned time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Proposals must include:
• The bid amount for the property
• A narrative explaining the bidder’s intent for the property

The minimum acceptable bid is $20,109.

The Development Review Committee and/or the City Council may reject proposals that are under the minimum amount, are incomplete, do not meet the minimum requirements or if the proposal is otherwise not acceptable.
