NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 000425, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, MCLP ASSET COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES B. TUMBARELLO A/K/A CHARLES TUMBARELLO; JOANNE M. TUMBARELLO A/K/A JOANNE TUMBARELLO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOVANNI TUMBARELLO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DEVIN REYNOLDS; are Defendants.

The Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Brooksville, FL 34601 on September 15, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 13, BLOCK 526, SPRING HILL, UNIT 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 38-53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
