NOTICE OF ACTION IN REM AND ARREST OF VESSEL
In accord with Supplemental Rule C(4) for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Action of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Section 3(c) of the Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual, notice is hereby given of the arrest of the M/T FPSO ECO III in accord with a Warrant of Arrest issued on June 23, 2026.
Under Supplemental Rule C(6) and Section 3(e) of the Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual, any person having a claim against the vessel or property must file a claim not later than fourteen days after process is effected and must file an answer within twenty-one days from the date of filing their claim.
