The Clerk of the Court, TRACI PERRY, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.citrus.realforeclose.com on August 27, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 126, CYPRESS VILLAGE, SUGARMILL WOODS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 86 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, COMPRISING ALL OF PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 1 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, AND CONTINUING IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 87A, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CITRUS.

and commonly known as: 5 PITCAIRN CT, HOMOSASSA, FL 34446 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
