ROBLES PARK BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AREA
PUBLIC HEARING/MEETING NOTICE
Pursuant to the Florida Brownfield Redevelopment Act, Section 376.80, Florida Statutes, a public hearing (community meeting) will be held at 5:30 p.m. until no later than 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association located at 2005 North Lamar Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602. The purpose of the community meeting is to take public comments and suggestions on the proposed rehabilitation and redevelopment of property located at 3601 North Central Avenue (Property Folio Number: 167703-0000), 3814 North Central Avenue (Property Folio Number: 167411-0000), and 501 East Lake Avenue (Property Folio Number: 167700-0000), Tampa, Florida 33603.
In addition, the community meeting will provide an opportunity for public input to discuss the size of the area, objectives for rehabilitation, job opportunities, and economic development anticipated, neighborhood residents’ considerations, and other relevant legal concerns.
PMG is proposing designation of the property as a “Brownfield Area” in accordance with the Florida Brownfield Redevelopment Act. Brownfields are real property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by actual or perceived environmental contamination.
