INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that WestCare GulfCoast-Florida Inc. will receive sealed bids from State of Florida licensed contractors for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the installation fire alarm replacement, exterior doors and frames and 4 roll down shutters.
All materials furnished and work performed shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents. Bidders may email bids@westcare.com for a copy of all bidding material.
A pre-bid meeting and site visit is being held at WestCare 1735 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705, on August 10,2026, at 10:00 A.M. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Owner: WestCare GulfCoast-Florida Inc. 1735 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St S. St. Petersburg FL, 33705,Attn: Maureen-Ann Traci or, if attending bid opening, hand deliver before 9:59 A.M. on August 24, 2026. A public bid opening will take place immediately following the receipt of the sealed bids at 10:00 A.M at WestCare GulfCoast-Florida Inc. 1735 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St S. St. Petersburg FL, 33705.
This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT project, funded by the City of St. Petersburg Housing & Community Development through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Federal regulations including, but not limited to the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR parts 3 and 5, Build America Buy America Act, and Procurement Procedures per 2 CFR Part 200. Section 3 Business Concerns, and Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
