A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid all trade packages for the Zephyrhills Readiness Center Phase 2 interior build-out. The scope of work included new doors, frames, hardware, metal framing, and drywall scopes of work.

BID DOCUMENTS: All interested bidders can send an email to alinton@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents.

SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit for subcontractors. 08/17/2026 @ 10:00am

PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at jwarner@admorgan.com and click on Subcontractor Zone or you can request a copy of the form. All Prequalification must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date.

BID BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
