NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 24, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25001179CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and BG Real Estate FL LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25 day of August, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
