REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP26-041 PUBLIC PARKING SIGNAGE

The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of New Port Richey, Florida (“CRA”), is accepting SEALED PROPOSALS from qualified vendors to provide the following RFP26-041 PUBLIC PARKING SIGNAGE.

Proposals will be received in the City Clerk’s Office until 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026 and will be opened and read aloud in City Manager’s Conference Room at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026

Please submit one (1) original, (2) copies and (1) electronic copy on USB of each proposal to the City Clerk’s Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, sealed in a single envelope or box marked with the bidder’s name and address and “RFP26-041 PUBLIC PARKING SIGNAGE” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope/box.

Email all questions to Dave Gammon at gammond@cityofnewportrichey.org by 3:00 p.m. on August 18, 2026. A single response addressing all questions will be e-mailed to all bidders of record and posted on the City’s website up until: 4:00 p.m. on September 4, 2026.

Proposals must be submitted by the date and time indicated. Proposals not submitted by that time will be refused. Electronic (email) or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. The CRA reserves the right to waive any and all proposals received.
