NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hernando County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:

Property Address: 7124 Barclay Ave., #C, Brooksville, Florida, 34609.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 (Outside Room 245), beginning at 11:00 A.M. on September 8, 2026.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
