LAVOIE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3 day of September, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
