NOTICE OF ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Port Richey, Florida, at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, 8th day of September 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 6333 Ridge Rd., Port Richey, Florida, will have a Public Hearing for its second and final reading of Ordinance No. 26-746, the title of which read:

ORDINANCE NO. 26-746
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 127 (ZONING), SECTION 127-58, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT (PUD), TO REVISE AND CLARIFY REGULATIONS GOVERNING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS, INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL DENSITY, BUILDING HEIGHT, OPEN SPACE, BUILDING COVERAGE, AND PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION, APPROVAL, AND MODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE

The Ordinance and all related files can be inspected at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, at the address mentioned above, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Any and all persons interested or concerned with the proposed ordinance may appear and will be heard regarding the same.

Suppose a person decides to appeal against any decision made by a Board or Council with respect to any matter considered at such a meeting or hearing. In that case, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such a purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
