Sealed Proposal Packages for RFP 2026-010 Digital Evidence Management & Situational Awareness Technologies will be received by Chad Chronister, Sheriff, at 2008 East 8th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605. Proposals must be received by September 17, 2026, at 3:00 P.M.

This solicitation is being issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) in partnership with the Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) to establish a statewide cooperative contract. Eligible public safety agencies, local governments, and political subdivisions throughout Florida may piggyback on any resulting contract(s).

The HCSO reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, for cause, to waive irregularities, if any, and to accept the Proposal or Proposals which, in the judgment of the Sheriff, is in the best interest of the HCSO and participating agencies. The HCSO reserves the right to evaluate, add, and/or reject any items from any proposal options or resulting contract(s) when deemed to be in the best interest of the HCSO.
