Lot 56, in Block 4, of CYPRESS CREEK PARCEL K PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 137, Page 294, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
