NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 25000460CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff and Joseph Assante as personal representative of the Estate of Dolores Assante a/k/a Delores Assante f/k/a Dolores Cetta are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT THE HERNANDO COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ROOM 245, BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA 34601 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
