NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 26000342CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Donald Francis Cabral; Emma J. Cabral; Michael Christopher Cabral; Hernando Oaks Master Association, Inc.; Hernando Oaks Golf & Country Club Management, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 336, HERNANDO OAKS PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 25 THROUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
