NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING
HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Harbor Bay Community Development District will hold a special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026, at the Mirabay Clubhouse Lagoon Room located at 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. The District will consider adoption of its 2026/2027 Budget and related assessments (after public hearing) as well as all other business that may properly come before the Board of Supervisors.

The meeting and public hearing will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting and/or hearing may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time and location to be stated on the record.

Copies of the meeting and/or hearing agenda and other documents may be obtained during regular business hours from the office of the District Manager located at 3434 Colwell Avenue Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614, or by calling the District Manager at 813-933-5571.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting and/or hearing is asked to advise the District Office at 813-933-5571 at least forty-eight (48) hours before the events. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting and/or hearing is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
