Construction Manager at Risk Services for
Campus Improvements Project

The Pasco County Mosquito Control District (“District”) has appointed an evaluation committee to review and evaluate responses submitted by qualified respondents for the provision of Construction Manager at Risk Services related to construction oversight of renovations and additions to the District’s facility.

The Evaluation Committee will meet on Sept. 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM in the Distrct’s Board room at 2308 Marathon Rd, Odessa, FL 33556. The selection committee will hold a second meeting to interview shortlisted firms on Sept. 9, 2026, at 8:00 AM in the same location. The agenda will be posted on the District’s website at www.pascomosquito.org at least seven days prior to each meeting. The RFQ is available by contacting the District at administration@pascomosquito.org or 727-376-4568. The District will select a consultant according to the process described in the RFQ.
