NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000735CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Christian Riddle, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22 day of September, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Lot 17, Block 13, Trillium Village ‘B’, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page(s) 16 through 20, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
