TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD G WILLIAMS,
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in HIllsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 25, Block 8, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2A-2, UNIT 2 according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 105, Pages 240-269 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
