NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2026, and entered in 2025 CA 000961 A of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-8, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN ANN FOULKES, DECEASED; MICHAEL THOMAS GILBERT; ANGELA MELCHIONNE are the Defendant(s).
