Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Surface Water or Environmental Resource Permit Application Number 943409 from Modern Tampa Bay Homes, 2250 Central Avene, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.

Application Received: June 18, 2026

Proposed Activity: The proposed project consists of building a new 3,864 sf mixed use building with associated parking and service facilities on a paved parcel of 0.11 acres in size.
Stormwater attenuation and treatment will be addressed in an underground stormwater system which will discharge to the City of St. Petersburg municipal system.

Project Size: 0.11 acres more or less

Location: Section [23] Township [31] South, Range [16] East, in the City of St Petersburg, Pinellas County.

The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637 or through the Application & Permit Search Tools” function on the District’s website at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
