NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2027 MEETINGS SPRING RIDGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Spring Ridge Community Development District will hold their meetings and workshops for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Spring Ridge Recreation Center, located at 14133 Sweet Shrub Court, Brooksville, Florida 34613, on the second Monday of the following months at the times specified below.:

October 12, 2026 1:00 p.m.
November 9, 2026 1:00 p.m.
January 11, 2027 6:00 p.m.
February 8, 2027 (Workshop) 1:00 p.m.
March 8, 2027 1:00 p.m.
April 12, 2027 (Workshop) 1:00 p.m.
May 10, 2027 (Budget Approval) 6:00 p.m.
June 14, 2027 1:00 p.m.
August 9, 2027 (Budget Adoption) 6:00 p.m.
September 13, 2027 1:00 p.m.

Meetings and workshops may be continued to a date and time certain which will be announced at the meetings and workshops without further publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via phone. Any interested person can attend the meetings at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
