It appearing from the filings in this cause that personal service of process cannot be had upon the Defendant, and service of process by publication having been prayed for; accordingly, pursuant to T.C.A. §21-1-204.
ORDERED that publication of this ORDER shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Tampa Bay Times, which is a newspaper published at least weekly in Pinellas County, Florida, and that the respondent be given notice therein that he is hereby REQUIRED TO ANSWER or otherwise respond to the Complaint filed in this case within thirty (30 days from the date of the fourth (4th) weekly publication of this Order. Further, it is ORDERED that said response shall be served on Curt Collins, Plaintiff’s attorney whose address is as follows: 102 South Main Street, Greeneville, Tennessee 37743. And, should the defendant fail to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint pursuant to this Order, then said respondent shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and default may be taken against said defendant on December 15, 2026 at 10:00 am in the Greene County Chancery Court located on the lower level of the Greene County Courthouse- 101 South Main Street, Greeneville, Tennessee 37743.
