LOT 477, GLEN LAKES PHASE ONE UNIT TWO “B”, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 1, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
