LOT 766, WELLINGTON AT SEVEN HILLS, PHASE EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 34 - 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
