NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 2, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026CA000226, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES is the Plaintiff, and BEVERLY I. DORAN A/K/A BEVERLY DORAN and BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY PROPERTY OWNERS INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Brooksville, FL 34601 on November 3, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 47, BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY - UNIT THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 70-72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1979 TWIN DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
