PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE § 274.06
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE TAMPA, FLORIDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office intends to sell by competitive bid to the highest responsible bidder the following surplus tangible personal property:
• Asset Description: Airbus Helicopter
• Model: AS350B3e
• Serial Number (SN): 8505
• Condition: Sold strictly “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with all faults and without warranty, expressed or implied.
INSPECTION PERIOD: Qualified interested parties seeking additional inspection or technical log review prior to bid opening may request an appointment by contacting Marianne Theen at via email at MTheen@teamHCSO.com.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS: Written offers must be received by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Procurement Bureau no later than October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. Offers will be logged and evaluated in accordance with Florida public records laws.
• Note: Offers submitted on or prior to September 15, 2026, remain on official record and valid for consideration unless formally updated or withdrawn in writing prior to the bid deadline specified above.
