NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE AIRPORT HEARING OFFICER
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Airport Hearing Officer on the following petitions for variance to the Authority’s Airport Zoning Regulations:

Airport Study No. 2026-121, Badger Construction & Associates, requesting a variance to construct a new single-family home, with a maximum height of 36’ AMSL, located at 630 E. Davis Blvd, Tampa, FL.

Airport Study No. 2026-125, Tampa Bromley Investors, LLC, requesting a variance to construct a residential tower, with a maximum height of 300’ AMSL, located at 3615 W. Cypress St, Tampa, FL.

Airport Study No. 2026-130, RD RWD Tampa, LLC, requesting a variance to construct a 29-story mixed-use tower, with a maximum height of 331’ AMSL, located at 101 South Parker St, Tampa, FL.

SkyCenter Building, Level 4 of the Atrium.
