NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2026 and entered in Case No. 26-CA-005445of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein PAUL BROCKWELL, is the Plaintiff(s) and ABUELOZ & GRANDKIDZ MULTISERVICE LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, I, Victor Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2026 at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

LOTS 144 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 143, BLOCK F, PINECREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 2 PREMIER WEST COAST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
