The Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County (JWB) released a competitive solicitation for Non-Operating and Capital Projects open to 501(c)(3) organizations that are currently receiving program funding from JWB for projects that align with at least one of the Funding Priorities. The solicitation is for one-time-only investments for capital projects that increase the ability of 501(c)(3) agencies that currently receive program funding from JWB to make property improvements and improve operations over the long-term. The Request for Applications (RFA) may be accessed at: https://jwb.webauthor.com/go/rfp/. Application deadline 10/30/26 at NOON EST. Funding Workshop 09/30/26 at 1:00 PM EST, RFA Evaluation Committee will meet 12/04/26 at 9:00 AM EST and 12/07/26 at 9:00 AM EST to review and rank applications. All meetings at 14155 58th St. N. Clearwater, FL in Rm. 191. Anyone wanting to appeal an official decision must have a verbatim record of the meeting including testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
