NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2026 CA 000108 A in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CHARLES JOSEPH PONDER A/K/A CHUCK PONDER DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, TRACI PERRY, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.bid4assets.com/CitrusFLForeclosures on October 29, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF CITRUS, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1, IN BLOCK 11, OF BEVERLY HILLS, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGES 96, 97, AND 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CITRUS COUNTY FLORIDA, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 861, PAGE 1185, DATED 06/1990, RECORDED 06/29/1990 IN CITRUS COUNTY RECORDS.

and commonly known as: 21 BEVERLY HILLS BLVD, BEVERLY HILLS, FL 34465 (the “Property”).
