NOTICE OF PUBLIC SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF DADE CITY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Dade City, Florida will hold special public meetings on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The meetings will present the proposed City of Dade City Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Project Facilities Plan (DWSRF Project No. 51044) and the proposed City of Dade City Clean Water State Revolving Fund Project Facilities Plan (CWSRF Loan No. WW-51045), each prepared under the Supplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene and Milton (SA-HMW) program. The meeting for the Drinking Water project is at 6:00 PM followed by the meeting for Clean Water (Wastewater) projects at 6:30 PM at Dade City Commission Chambers, 38020 Meridian Ave, Dade City, Florida 33525.

These meetings will include a discussion of the Facilities Plans and the financial impact on system users. The meetings are intended to afford the opportunity to individuals to be heard on the economic and social effects of the location, design, and environmental impact of the water and wastewater system improvements described in the Facilities Plans. A portion of the funding for these projects is anticipated to come from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program with principal forgiveness through the SA-HMW. Financial impacts on utility users will be presented at the meeting.

Reports, documents and data relevant to the discussion are available for public review at the City of Dade City Commission Chambers at 38020 Meridian Ave, Dade City, Florida 33525. The City Commission is expected to consider formal adoption of the Facilities Plans, by resolution, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Other business which may properly come before the Commission will also be addressed. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
