NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2026, and entered in 25000979CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FABIAN MASTRAPA, DECEASED; ROY MASTRAPA; GLADYS FERRER are the Defendant(s). Doug Chorvat Jr. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 AM, on October 27, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
