REMOTE HCV CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Remote Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Case Management Services. The Authority intends to award a single contract to the most responsive individual or firm whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority. The form of contract will be a one-year base contract with the option for a contract extension not to exceed five (5) years.

All perspective firms must obtain an official copy of the RFP from THA in order to be considered.

The deadline for submitting proposals is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, 2:00 PM (EST).
