NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Cypress Ridge Community Development District (“District”) will conduct a Board meeting on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Hampton Inn – Plant City, 2702 Thonotosassa Road, Plant City, Florida 33563. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the District’s security system and conduct any and all business coming before the Board. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Governmental Management Services – Central Florida, LLC, 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida 32801 (“District Manager’s Office”).

A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the District’s website: https://cypressridgecdd.com/ or by contacting the District Manager at 407-841-5524 and providing a telephone and email address during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

Any person requiring special accommodations in order to access and participate in the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
