NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000134, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ARLDINE D. The Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Brooksville, FL 34601 on November 19, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
