NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on October 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000809 A in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THOMAS R. ELSOM, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, TRACI PERRY, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.bid4assets.com/CitrusFLForeclosures on December 3, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 AND 32, BLOCK 116, INVERNESS HIGHLANDS UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 103 TO 108 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and commonly known as: 4060 E BENNETT ST, INVERNESS, FL 34453 (the “Property”).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
