NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000937CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Milagros Someillan-Valle, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of November, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 446, HERNANDO OAKS PHASE THREE, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 25 through 29, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
