NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY

PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE § 715.109

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, 12340 66th Largo, LLC, as landlord of the commercial premises located at 12340 N. 66th Street, Unit #105, Largo, FL 33773, will sell at public sale by competitive bidding the personal property left upon the premises by Clint Huisinga, former tenant.

Description of Property:
Miscellaneous personal property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, boxes, and other household and business items, as found in the premises. All items are sold as a lot or individually.

Time and Place of Sale:
The sale will be held at 12340 N. 66th Street, Unit #105, Largo, FL 33773, on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

The sale will be made to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy the landlord’s claim for storage, advertising, and all other lawful charges incurred in preserving and disposing of the property pursuant to Chapter 715, Florida Statutes. The landlord reserves the right to bid at the sale. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and must be removed at the time of sale.
