FY 27 Regular Meeting Schedule
The Country Place Special Maintenance District will conduct its meetings at Northdale Park. The address is 15546 Hooting Owl Place (next to the Gym) and meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 7:00pm. All meetings are open to the public.
In accordance with Chapter 286, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board of trustees with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he/she will need a record of these proceedings and that, for such purposes, he/she may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon with the appeal is based.
All meeting facilities are accessible in accordance with the Americans with disabilities act. Any additional necessary accommodations will be provided with 48 hours’ notice. For more information call 813-968-2311.
