Pursuant to the requirements of Rule 62-625.500(2)(b)8, F.A.C. (Pretreatment Requirements for Existing and New Sources of Pollution), listed below are industrial users in the City of Tampa which were in significant noncompliance with applicable pretreatment requirements during the period of July 2025 through June 2026.

2. Aqua Clean Environmental Co. LLC
3. Candy Coated Customs LLC
4. Ito’s Truck Wash
5. Lonza Tampa LLC
6. RC OZ Tampa LLC
7. Walpole Inc.
These industries have eliminated violations, or are obligated by administrative orders to eliminate future violations.
