NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2026-CA-00100 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Village Capital & Investment LLC is the Plaintiff and Brett A. Volin a/k/a Brett Adam Volin; Unknown Spouse of Brett A. Volin a/k/a Brett Adam Volin; Brigette M. Volin a/k/a Brigette Mekele Volin a/k/a Brigette Meke Le Volin a/k/a Brigette Mekele a/k/a Brigette Volin; Sherman Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 6, BLOCK 10, SHERMAN HILLS SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 31 THROUGH 33, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
