INVITATION TO BID

Notice is hereby given that Boley Centers, Inc. will receive sealed bids from a State of Florida licensed general, building, or window contractor for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the replacement of existing windows at the Mary R. Koenig Center – MacMath Manor building.
All materials furnished and work performed shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work prepared by Boley Centers, Inc. Bidders are encouraged to contact Boley Centers, Inc. for an emailed copy at jack.humburg@boleycenters.org.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is being held at Boley Centers, Inc. 445 31st Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, on December 1st, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Project site visit will take place immediately following the pre-bid meeting at 647 34th Ave S, St. Petersburg, Florida. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Owner: Boley Centers, Inc. 445 31st Street North, St. Petersburg FL, 33713. Bids will be received until 11:59 A.M. on January 5thth, 2027. A public bid opening will take place immediately following the receipt of the sealed bids at 12:00 P.M. at Boley Centers, Inc., 445 31st Street North St. Petersburg FL, 33713.
This is a Community Development Block Grant project, funded by the City of St. Petersburg Housing & Community Development Department through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Federal regulations including will apply including Federal Labor Standards. Section 3 Business Concerns and Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
