LOT 40, BLOCK 210 SPRING HILL UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 96-107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
