NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING
NEW RIVER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the New River Community Development District scheduled for September 22, 2025 has been rescheduled to Monday, September 15, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the New River Amenity Center, 5227 Autumn Ridge Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL. 33545.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. Meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date and time certain which will be announced at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (813) 873-7300 at least two calendar days prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711 for aid in contacting the District Office.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that, accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
