NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the above-named Defendant, LUIS JOSE DURAN, that YOANCER TEJEDA TEJEDA, through his counsel, filed a civil action against the Defendant on December 16, 2024, subsequently reinstated, in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 2024-13846. The nature of this action consists of two (2) counts: (1) breach of contract; and (2) unjust enrichment/quasi-contract, as Plaintiff has set forth that he is owed damages as a result of Defendant’s failure to provide payment as provided by the contract.
By Motion filed on June 30, 2025, and an Order pursuant to said Motion, dated same, the Plaintiff was authorized to serve Defendant by publication. If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by an attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court. You are warned that if you fail to do so the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the Plaintiff. You may lose money or property or other rights important to you. You are hereby further notified that a status/scheduling conference has been fixed by this Court to be held on October 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Luzerne County Courthouse, Third Floor, 200 North River Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18711.
