NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold a public hearing at West Pasco Government Center Board Room, 1st floor, 8731 Citizen Drive, New Port Richey, FL 33525 on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 1:30 PM, to consider a petition submitted by Compass Land USA Fund 1, LP to vacate, abandon, and discontinue the following platted right of way and utility easement:

A PORTION OF THE FORMER ALIGNMENT OF MOON LAKE ROAD AS RECORDED IN MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT TWELVE, PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 151-153, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, WEST OF LOTS 6-18, BLOCK 209.

A 5-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOTS 6-18, BLOCK 209, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT TWELVE, PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 151-153.

All affected parties have a right to appear at this public hearing, to be heard regarding these issues, and to file written objections with the BCC, at the address above, before the public hearing. All interested persons in support of, or opposed to the vacation, are invited to attend the public hearing and give comment.
