NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 9, 2025 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash outside room 245 at 20 North Main Street, Brooksvile, Florida 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of October, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
