NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 9, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24000399CAAXMX in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein GLENDA G. LEACH AND LARRY E. LEACH, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on October 14, 2025 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALL OF BLOCK 1 AND THE WEST 1/2 BLOCK OF 3, WISCON HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS HERNANDO COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF VACATED AIRPEKA AVENUE LYING BETWEEN SAID BLOCKS 1 AND 3, WISCON HEIGHTS

and commonly known as: 16280 TAMPA ST, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34604 (the “Property”).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
